Voyager, the library's computer system, does not permit online renewal for any score which has an accompanying part, or parts. It's one of those system glitches. Voyager will allow, however, renewal of individual scores. For example, most piano music, vocal music, and miniature scores fall into this category.
To compensate for this system deficiency, Music Library staff are happy to provide phone renewal for patrons who are unable to renew their scores and parts online. To do this, simply phone us at 263-2961anytime the library is open. Have ready the bar code of each item to be renewed and your ID number.
